The cabin is cozy with plenty of blankets, board games, and front and rear patio. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Asheville are about a 1.5 hour drive away. The hot tub feels great after hiking in the Smokies and the smokeless fire pit out back is a great spot for making S'mores. The space The house is super cozy yet very well planned out- 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, on the main level is the master bedroom with memory foam topped king size bed en-suite with tub/shower. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed to the left and bedroom with 2 full-size beds on the right and conveniently located in the middle is a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. The TVs in the upstairs bedrooms have a retro game console with classic games, and an HDMI adapter for iPhones. The kitchen has all the amenities you need, a Mr. Coffee coffee maker, a coffee bean grinder, cups, pans, silverware, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and some miscellaneous kitchenware. Washer & Dryer for your use. Front patio has a hot tub and porch swing. Rear patio has a picnic table and access to the outside fire pit. Guest access You will have access to the full cabin, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit year round. The indoor fireplace is seasonal. The cabin is very easily accessible. You can park multiple vehicles in front of the cabin. The driveway is on an incline, but 4wd is not necessary. Other things to note AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile get good cell reception. The cabin has satellite internet through Starlink and gets 300+ mbps. Board games are also kept in the cabin for the kids and a retro video game system. There is an outdoor grille and chairs too. Like most properties, the cabin is on a double filtered well system, so please use the the water supply wisely and consider any droughts in the area.
