The space This is our vacation home and we have truly enjoyed this place. We furnished it the way we like it and everything was bought brand new, so please take care of it like your own :). The home is located in a quiet & safe neighborhood while being central to all major attractions in the Sacramento area and the airport. There is a full size 7 ft pool table and foosball table inside the home. You can step outside and relax at the spa, take a dip in the pool, or enjoy some BBQ with friends & family at the outdoor dinning table. For more information regarding our place, please read our guidebook. Guests will have access to the entire home, besides the garage and the in-law suite (for storage and equipment). No one else will be at the property during the stay and you can enjoy the entire villa and the amenities all with your guests! Guest access 4 bedroom & 2.5 bath of nearly 3000 sq ft of interior space. Large outdoor/back area with plenty of space to enjoy a getaway with friends and family. Driveway can fit 2 cars side by side. If you have more than 2 cars, please park it on the cross street which is just 2 houses away and save the front street space for our neighbors. Please do NOT block the side walk with your cars, as many families stroll their kids and walk dogs throughout the day. Other things to note The pool heater and equipment are brand new and wifi connected, so we can control everything like the heater with our phone app. We can heat up the hot tub Spa at no charge to you, please just message us to let us know the time frame you would like us to heat up (i.e. 5pm to 9pm). The pool can be heated for an EXTRA $175 per night upon request. Please understand this charge is to help cover the high PG&E cost as it is a gas heater. Please let us know IN ADVANCE if you want us to heat the pool so we can start heating it several hours before you arrive. It can be heated to 70 - 85+ degrees depending on weather. The pool and hot tub is maintained by a professional pool inspector weekly (usually Fridays but subject to change). There maybe some leaves and pollen (spring/fall) in the pool when you arrive, especially after a storm or strong winds. Our filtering system and pool cleaner will slowly clean. However, if you happen to see it during your stay, please use the pole-net skimmer (by the fence) to clean detritus from the surface of the pool. The property may not suitable for children as there is no fence around the pool.  Every guest agrees to sign pool use waiver.
