Nice, cozy, real 1 bedroom apt in prime Greenpoint, 3 blocks away from the G subway station, few more blocks away from the ferry stop and close to many great restaurants and coffeeshops. The apartment has a big bedroom with a queen size bed facing a quiet street and with a nice view to the empire state building. I am looking for someone to sublease it for at least 2 months while I am out of town and who is willing to take care of my multiple plants.
