Sunshine Lake is a peaceful, semi-private gem—shared with just a handful of lucky neighbors. You’ll have access to our brand-new elevated walkway, complete with a built-in bench (perfect for morning coffee or dramatic sunset gazing) and a kayak holder. Two kayaks are ready and waiting—just grab a paddle and explore! New for 2025: Our private custom made cedar sauna room! It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day of Alaskan adventure… or after realizing just how cold a winter dip in the lake really is. Other things to note Explore the private lake with our 2 kayaks and 4 life jackets, ensuring a safe and enjoyable lake experience. The lake boasts massive Rainbow trout, promising an exciting fishing expedition for enthusiasts. In winter, the thrill continues with our snow sleds, providing a nostalgic joyride down the snowy hill. You wont be disappointed an any way with our little Alaskan oasis We allow RV parking when needed at $25 a day for electric hook up. Note it is not RV power but extension chord power from the house.
