Spacious family home in Rumbling Bald Resort/Apple Valley with access to all the amenities....Spa, putt putt, lazy river, multiple swimming pools, 2 world class golf courses and more. The home has 3 bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen on the main floor). The lower level has 3 bedrooms (Queen, 2 twins, playroom with 2 twins). There is a large family rec room downstairs with an 82” TV, basketball game, air hockey, arcade games and more games/toys. The main floor is step free and handicap friendly. The space Access to Beach on Lake Lure, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Lazy River, Putt-Putt Golf, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Exercise Facility, Golf Courses (2), Pro Shop. Large living area upstairs and downstairs. There are 2 kitchens, one upstairs and 1 downstairs. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and an additional queens size sleeper sofa on the lower level. The main level offers 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen), a spacious living room and gas fire place. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs (queen; 2 twins; 2 twins / playroom). The home features a large family rec room on lower level with an 82” TV, Pac-Man arcade, The Simpsons arcade, air hockey, corn hole and more. The wrap around covered back porch is one of our favorite spots to hang out and visit with friends and family. There is a rollable outdoor TV for watching sporting events & such on the porch. On the lower level you will find a firepit and firewood available for your stay. The backyard is a wooded area with wildlife of deer, wild turkeys, and more. The home open floor plan with 2 levels make it convenient for a group and equally nice for families traveling together. Please Note *** You may purchase a maximum of 10 guests passes for the Rumbling Bald amenities. A pass is required for ages 12+. Note: Guest passes must be picked up at Guest Services inside Legends on the Lake restaurant at 153 Mountains Blvd just inside the resort. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, excluding the owner storage closet on the upper and lower levels. Other things to note There are Nest thermostats located on the upper and lower level. These are controlled remotely and set to comfortable temperatures prior to arrival. Guests can control the temperature locally by rotating the temperature dial.
