Room will be air conditioned/climate controlled! • Brand-new Andersen windows have been installed on the sun-facing rear side of the house and the large side window in the master, keeps house Cool in the summer! 🔥 Firepits: • A coffee table-style gas firepit has been added to the couch area under the gazebo. • A larger gas firepit in the gravel area at the back corner of the yard, complete with plenty of seating. 🎮 Enhanced Game Room: • Now upgraded with color-changing LED lighting along the ceiling’s crown molding, new arcade machines, and a Brand New Pool table. (Photos in game room folder.) • 55 inch Smart TV in game room. ⚠️ Pool & Safety ✅ • Newly Resurfaced Pool: As of 12/12/2024, the pool is completely resurfaced and as good as new! Child Safety Features: • A child 🔒lock is installed at the top of the sliding glass door leading to the backyard. • The sliding door is also self-closing for additional safety. 🔥 Heated Pool Details: • Standard heating (up to 82°F) incurs a $150 fee. • Deluxe heating (up to 90°F) incurs a $225 fee. (These rates are based on up to a 4 day stay. For longer stays - each additional day over 4 days is an additional $25 a day - will confirm during booking process) ***Please note the heater is off during summer months. Guests are not allowed to adjust the heater settings themselves, we have a Camera looking down on heater to confirm there is no unauthorized use.*** ***If Guests adjust heater without paying the fee, the charge will be an automatic $250 heating fee*** ✨Room & Sleeping Arrangements✨ 🛏️ Master Bedroom: • King bed with an attached private bathroom 🛁. • Brand-new brown suede memory foam futon 🛋️ (Full size when flat). • Rollaway bed and two Pack ’N Play👶 travel cribs in the closet. • 65 inch Smart TV in room. 🖥️ Dedicated Workspace: • The master bedroom features a thoughtfully designed workspace with a desk and an ergonomic office chair, perfect for those who need to work remotely. The setup includes an additional monitor and an HDMI⚡cable to connect your laptop, as well as a power🔋strip to accommodate all your electronic devices. 🛏️ Queen Bedroom: • Queen-size bed with a gel-cooling memory foam mattress. • Located near the shared upstairs bathroom. • 55 inch Smart TV in room. 🛏️ Bunk Room: • Full-size memory foam mattresses on the bottom bunks. • Twin-size memory foam mattresses on the upper bunks. • Twin-size pull-out trundle beds under both bunks. 🛏️ Bunk Room #2: • Two Full over Full-size Bunk beds with memory foam mattresses. • Located at the end of the upstairs hallway. • 55 inch Smart TV in room. ✚ Additional Sleeping Options: • Two downstairs couches 🛋️, comfortable for sleeping. ❄️Climate Control • Modern HVAC System: A brand-new central A/C and furnace system was installed in July 2022, ensuring reliable heating and cooling year- round. We can't wait to welcome you—hope you love it here! 😊 Guest access 🔒 Private Access: Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire house, backyard, and pool throughout their stay. 🛎️Check-In🕒: • Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. • If you require an earlier check-in, we can attempt to accommodate. • However, We prioritize ensuring the home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for your comfort and safety. 😊 ❌Check-Out🕒: • Check-out time is 11:00 AM. • Due to high demand (our property is booked 90–95% of the time each month), we typically cannot accommodate late check-out requests. 💼 Luggage Drop-Off: • Need to drop off luggage early? We’re happy to accommodate secure luggage drop-off as early as 11:30 AM, upon request. Other things to note Important Notes ••• Please review✔️ the additional house🏠 rules📜 section upon booking ••• 🛠️ Weekly Maintenance: • Twice a week, our pool, lawn care, and maintenance professional, Vic, will visit the property to mow the lawn, service the pool, and take the outdoor trash to the curb. He will attempt to make contact before entering backyard. 🌊 Pool Care: • The pool is cleaned weekly to maintain proper chlorine levels and optimal cleanliness. • While the pool is regularly serviced and the pump and filters are maintained daily and weekly, some wind-blown debris may still occur. Our cleaners do their best to remove debris after every stay, but a little is unavoidable. [Tip]: A net is provided for guests who may wish to skim the pool themselves for additional cleanliness. :) Noise Monitoring: • The property features outdoor noise decibel monitoring to ensure a peaceful neighborhood environment. It notifies us if noise exceeds acceptable levels in the backyard area after 11:30 PM on weekdays and weekends. This is our primary concern regarding nighttime noise.
