We manage this property ourselves. You won't be dealing with a management company or an answering service--you'll be working directly with the owners that live about 10 minutes away, so we can respond quickly if you need anything during your stay. Prices during the dates of June 1st through September 30th and December 16 through January 15 inclusive are higher. Prices are as follows: $290 per day. access to the entire home Minimum stay is one month or 31 days Because it is a condo, half of the home has neighbors upstairs. And older couple lives upstairs and they are generally not noticeable except occasionally when the grand children are visiting. Because utilities are all inclusive in the daily rate, it is requested from the guests to turn off the lights and the air conditioner/heat when not at home, as well as keep the windows and doors closed when the air condition/heat is on. If the SCE Edison bill goes over $250 a month the amount above the $250 will be charged to the guest and if payment is not received prior to the term of the stay, the amount above the $250 will be deducted from the security deposit.
