Freshly renovated 2nd floor apartment with two bedrooms, updated kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and a modern living with 50" LED tv. It’s conveniently located next to South UB Campus in Amherst and close to everything. You can get to downtown Buffalo in 10 minutes and 20 minutes to Niagara Falls. The space One bedroom with a queen size bed and the other with a full-size bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, air-fryer. and a refrigerator for light cooking and storing simple food. Enjoy your stay and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. Please also respect our space, clean up after yourself as it is your own house. Guest access The entire second floor and part of the basement for washer/dryer access. Kitchen is available for light cooking. Other things to note Though our bathroom is modern and beautifully designed, it is a bit tight between the toilet seat and the glass shower door. Guest may slide shower to gain more space.
