The Buck Spur | A Cozy Cottage close to Sandpoint

Welcome to"The Buck Spur", a fully updated cottage on 1.25 peaceful acres. We are just 10 minutes from Downtown Sandpoint, and less than 30 minutes to the Silverwood. The Buck Spur has a warm, cozy, inviting feel with a wraparound front porch, a gorgeous kitchen with Quartz countertops and Stainless appliances, Starlink internet along with the most comfortable of beds. We have the hot tub for you to relax in, along with a brand new mini split system (A/C and heat) for an ultra comfortable stay! The space The space is open. The upstairs is only accessed via the spiral staircase. The Bedrooms are both upstairs in a loft style of setting. They are NOT fully private rooms from one another. The house sits back off the road, with plenty of space outdoors and or on the covered patio to spread out, and relax!! Guest access The Entire house, patio, and lawn areas Other things to note There is a railroad that is in the area. You will hear the train passing.
