There’s plenty of space with 3 large bedrooms (2 king, 2 XL twin beds), huge living room, dining room, playroom/workspace, laundry. Lots of room for the kids to play, inside and out. We also have a desk with a computer monitor and wireless keyboard available to you for work or remote learning. The house is off a well-maintained 4 lane road and 4WD is not required. * Minutes away from Evan’s Plunge, VA Hospital and services, Angostura Reservoir, Wind Cave, Moccasin Springs, Mammoth Site, Southern Hills Golf Course, and numerous lakes and parks * 30 minutes to Custer State Park * 45 minutes to Rapid City and Jewel Cave * 60 minutes to Mt Rushmore. Other things to note: * Pets have lived in the home, so this is not suitable for those with severe allergies. * Full RV hookups available for additional fee, May-September. * Air conditioning units in shared areas and master bedroom only. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and window, and summer evenings are generally cool. * There are recording security cameras outside each entrance, for your safety and ours. These are not actively monitored unless there is an incident. * There is no cable TV at the house, but all TVs are capable of streaming. Peacock TV is provided and guests are able to log into their personal streaming accounts.
