Enjoy waking up surrounded by nature, while only being a short drive to the Zionsville village, Westfield’s Grand Park, downtown Carmel, Whitestown, and Indianapolis. The space This is a spacious 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment in our newly remodeled walkout basement. The apartment has its own separate entrance, cozy outdoor seating area with a fireplace, BBQ and a beautiful view of nature. Two rooms are furnished with queen beds. The third room has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on bottom, twin size mattress on top; and a pullout trundle bed below. The kitchen is stocked with all your basic cooking essentials. Although we live on the property as well, the guest suite is closed off to the rest of the house and has its own entrance with keyless entry. Guest access Safe and scenic neighborhood. Large driveway, back yard, play house, patio off back door of basement. 2 parking spots available located off the circular driveway. Other things to note As mentioned before, we do live in the main part of the house, so you may hear us around the day as we work/ kids play around the property. But we promise to be respectful of your visit and keep the noise to a minimum. We are a family with 3 kids who love where we live and feel happy to share our special place with others!
