Baldy Guest-home is all you need for an unforgettable West Coast adventure. The space My guest house has a wood fireplace, with a 1 bedroom & queen size bed. In living area, you'll find a twin bed sofa & space for a queen air mattress, plus full-kitchen: gas stove / over the oven microwave, refrigerator, sink & dining table. The pool has a slide and a spa. The house has a gas grill & fire pit (gas add'l fee) large patio, tables and chairs. Liability waivers are required before the used of the pool/spa for all guests. NOTE: Pool & Spa are for registered guests only. Q&A: 1. Q: Is the pool heated? A: No, the pool is not heated 2. Q: Hi, how far is the property from mountain high ski resort by car? A: Yes, you can use both the jacuzzi and the fire place; however the use of the Jacuzzi is limited to no more than 5hrs per stay (assuming 2 nights); longer stays 2.5hrs per day. (Note - It costs approx $8.50 /hr to run the gas/heater) 4. Q: How big can my dog be? A: There's no restriction on the dog size as long as your dog is well behaved & potty trained (pooper scooper provided). I do have 2 dogs and a cat on the property. If you dog is not able to stay by him/herself and will be barking and crying when you're not in, that will not work. The guest house and the main house where I live, share one wall. I will know if your pet is in distress. Also, because my dogs are in their gated area, if you want to let your dog roam outside, please have them on the other side of the house where it's gated also. I recommend supervision as Upland, like many foothill communities has coyotes, and it's not safe to leave them unsupervised. The guest house does have a doggie door that you can remove to allow your dog to come back in if you want to temporarily let your dog roam, but please be mindful/considerate that this could cause barking from my dogs if they're outside. 5. Q: Do you allow young children? A: Yes, young children are allowed, but they must be supervised at all times. The pool is not fenced and there is a pool slide, which you can understand are not safe for an unsupervised child. Additionally, before the pool and pool spa can be used, you need to sign a liability waiver. The pool is 8 feet deep. Other things to note I do have 2 dogs and a cat that live in the main house. The air-conditioning is shared with the guest house; thus if you’re severely allergic, please keep that in mind. Pool & Spa are for registered guests only. The spa is limited to a max 5hrs per stay (Assuming 2 days), includes 35min-1hr spa heating time, which is weather/temperature dependent & personal heat preference. Pool use is unlimited.
