Only two-night min. This newly renovated home located on beautiful Whitemarsh island is conveniently between Tybee Island and historic Savanah. The family room and all the bedrooms have large smart TVs, the kitchen has been updated with new appliances and all the essential cooking supplies. A private large backyard with beautiful live oaks and a gas grill with outdoor dining area. Quiet and safe neighborhood that is within a mile of several wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. There is no sleeper sofa so a max of 6 guests please. • Check in time: Normal check in time is 4 pm. I will let you know the day before if available earlier. I don't know at this time until we get closer to dates as I may get a booking mid-week and to have it cleaned that same day. • Check out time. The checkout time is 10 am. You can check we me to see if a later check out is available. We want your stay to be relax as possible and will try to accommodate when we can. • Trash pick-up is Thursday morning, please make sure the large green trashcan is placed near the light pole next to Penrose Drive anytime on Wednesday. • Please do not wash more than two MEDIUM loads laundry per day. The Wi-Fi network password is Bella123$. Comcast cable is provided, and the family room and all bedrooms have smart TVs with internet connections for your streaming enjoyment. Use the Comcast remotes to turn on and off TV and use guide for channels & tv remotes work the streaming channels. There is a Publix, Walmart, and serval great shops and restaurants within a mile. Kitchen is furnished with dishes and essential cooking utensils with a Keurig coffee maker with 8 coffee pods. 6 beach chairs and umbrella are provided at the house. We have also provided 4 beach towels, please do not remove linens or bath towels from the house. Garage with access to the backyard Fenced in backyard for your pets. Computer monitor and printer. Rental Rules Max of 6 guests including infants and toddlers No smoking in house 2 Dogs allowed with pet fee, absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds it may result in additional 100.00 cleaning fee, per our cleaning company. Please do not place grease down the kitchen drain. Please do not flush wipes or feminine products in toilets Feel free to use the washer and dry but please do not leave dryer on unattended as I prefer, they not be on when you depart. Maximum of 3 cars parked on the concrete driveway, not the grass. If you use the grill, please be sure to clean/scrape while still hot with grill brush so the next guests have clean grates for their use. Please do not turn the thermostat below 71 degrees during the summer for efficiency. Please turn thermostat to 80 degrees before you depart. Neighborhood quiet times are 10pm-8am please be respectful to our neighbors, as you are staying in a residential neighborhood with young children. The renter is responsible for any damages done to the house, its contents and its facilities/premises. Any missing or lost contents will be charged to the renter. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Starter Items Provided: I provide the starter household essentials you will need for the first couple of days until you have an opportunity to go to the store. Here is what you can expect to be in the house for your use if needed: 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 3 pods of laundry detergent 2 pod dish detergent tablets Dish liquid in dispenser next to kitchen sink. Hand soap for each bathroom and kitchen 1 Trial size shampoo, conditioner and body wash for each bathroom Keurig with the 8 coffee Pods & creamer 5 trash bags DEPARTURE LIST: Please leave the house in good condition like you would a friend or family member's house upon departure. Please strip beds and leave the sheets on top of the beds so easy for the cleaner to gather when she arrives. Our cleaning service will handle the linens and towels and a light cleaning over all surfaces but please make sure no heavy excessive cleaning is required as she has an allotted amount of time to complete. I respect her time and I also request that all my guests leave it in good condition. Please run the dishwasher before you depart. Please turn thermostat to 78 degrees before you depart. Please do not set below 70 degrees during your stay. Any heavy/excessive cleaning required due to the house being left in a poor condition may result in the renter incurring additional cleaning fees and forfeiture of deposit.
