Lovely apartment for 12-15 people with garden

Come and have a pleasant stay at the crossroads of the Pyrenean mountains, in our family home divided into 3 cottages. This 150 m² apartment will seduce you with its large volumes and comfort. It is located on the second floor of our house and can accommodate 12/15 people. Recently renovated, it is equipped to ensure you have a great stay. Guests can enjoy the garden surrounding the house. It is located in a cul-de-sac, 200 m from the city center, close to all shops. The space Located on the first floor of our house, you will find a spacious living room, with a large balcony outside overlooking the mountains. An equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker + Senseo coffee maker, kettle and other small appliances). A very warm living room, for friendly moments. The living room is furnished with a table that can accommodate about 15 guests. A corridor leads to a shower room + toilet, a shower cubicle and 3 bedrooms: the 1st with a 160 bed, the 2nd with a 160 bed and the 3rd with 2 90 x 190 cm beds. On the 2nd floor, you will find a large mezzanine (relaxation area) which leads to a master bedroom with a 140 bed, a baby bed, a pull-out bed, and a dormitory bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 cm and 3 beds 90 x 190 cm. These 2 large bedrooms each have a bathroom and toilet. Guest access Regarding vehicle parking, we allow only one vehicle per apartment on the premises. Other vehicles can stay on the side of the road without any problem, it's a dead end. Other things to note We can provide linens and towels for a fee of €12 per person per stay. You can also choose the end-of-stay cleaning option for €140. We provide baby equipment (chair, potty, baby bed, bathtub). Since we don't have a secure bike garage, we have a partnership with MG locations where your bikes will be safe and you will find equipment for maintenance and minor repairs.
