Enjoy our cozy little cottage. By no means a perfect hotel unit, our summer home for many years, renovated with century-old elements kept in the house, is now available for your vacation or a quick weekend on this beautiful island. You will find yourself in an old neighborhood, half a mile from the Saronic Gulf and the harbor, surrounded by pistachio orchards, older homes, all kinds of animals, and beautiful mountain vistas. The space At 48 sq. m. (460 sq. ft.), our regularly sanitized cottage is practical, done in industrial design with a few family antiques, and equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. With front and back verandas, you choose where to relax day and night. Fully equipped kitchen (with all the coffee makers you'll ever need), a comfortable living room with a smart TV, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and a fireplace too (which unfortunately guests are not permitted) plus the large sofa bed waiting for extra guests or you to watch a great movie on. A peaceful bedroom to have a memorable rest, a space that doubles up as a quiet working space. USB ports are available throughout the home. You will love every minute in our tiny little spa-bathroom, fully stocked with organic, biodegradable products, and friendly to folks with mobility issues. Safety and comfort are our main priorities: security cameras monitor, outside only, our property at all times. Doggies are always welcome, and stay free of charge. However, the invitation extends to pooches friendly to humans and other animals, and respectful of peoples' furniture, and peace. Finally, always being mindful of COVID-19, the property offers disinfectant, masks, and other protective gear for free. Disclaimer: this is a private residence, not a hotel unit. Other things to note You will be completely independent in our cottage: a smart lock (you will be assigned a unique code), host support on demand only (you won't be bothered by anyone unless you seek assistance or advice). Finally, this is not a small-child-safe property: there are no rails on the front porch, and we have several cacti around. If the main gate at the front is left open by accident, the road right outside can be unforgiving to children or pets. But kiddos 0-2, and older little guys and gals (12-17) are always welcome.
