Built in 1900, the Victorian Cottage has been refreshed and is ready to welcome you to the wonderful town of Humboldt- the cottage is just a few blocks away from the town square! Come see all the great stuff going on in Humboldt. Pets are allowed with prior host approval and additional $75 pet fee. The space The cottage is 3 BR/1 bath. One BR w/QN bed and the full bathroom is downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs- one with QN bed, one with 2 twin beds. The cottage was built in 1900 and is charming and cozy, with updated amenities but the quirky charm of an old house. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensil, pots and pans as well as a Keurig /standard coffee maker and microwave oven. Bathroom has amenities, including body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and towels. The living room has a smart tv so you can log into your Amazon, Netflix, HBO and more channels. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Front porch with chairs to relax and de-stress. Unfenced back yard. House backs up to the high school parking lot, so there is school and parking activity during school days. Guest access This rental is for the entire home, other than the locked owners closet upstairs. Other things to note In order to make sure our cottage is safe and secure, we have a front doorbell with a camera/audio, a camera/audio on the side and back doors, and a camera/audio covering the back yard. There are no internal cameras and no external cameras have a view of the interior of the cottage. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The stairs to the upstairs are steep.
