Gîte du Mesnil 25 Km from Mont Saint Michel

The Mesnil gîte is located in a large farmhouse, 4 minutes from the A84. We welcome you with pleasure and a late self check-in is possible thanks to a key box. There is no cleaning fee on the sole condition that you leave the cottage in the same clean condition as you found it on arrival. If you don't meet this condition, you'll be charged €50. Pets should not be left alone in the accommodation. The space The cottage is located upstairs, there are stairs to climb. There is private parking. Sheets and towels are provided. The sofa is convertible. To access the bed, after pushing the coffee table, you have to pull the backrest towards you. Other things to note There is no cleaning fee provided of course that you leave the cottage in the same state of cleanliness as you found it when you arrived. If you do not comply with this condition, we charge €50. The usual check-in time at the cottage is 6:00 p.m. If you wish to arrive earlier, early check-in can be offered upon request, subject to availability and the possibility of completing the cleaning and preparation of the accommodation. The rates include: - Arrival between 16:00 and 18:00: €20 - Check-in between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.: €35 - Arrival between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM: €50 Any early check-in must be requested and confirmed in advance by the host. Without prior agreement, the arrival time remains set at 6:00 p.m. The supplement is due only when early check-in has been accepted. Late check-outs are possible only on request and subject to availability. A surcharge applies: €20 until 12 pm, €30 until 2 pm, €40 until 4 pm, then the price of one night beyond that or if the late check-out prevents a new booking.
