Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk ⚠️. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property 🚭. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking inside, a $500 fee will be charged. Please keep all smoking on the exterior away from entry ways. Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings ⏰. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour. Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability 🌪️, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control. Although we love our furry friends 🐶🐱, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500. An outdoor security camera 🎥 monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy. Guest access Entire cabin Other things to note The cabin is in the woods so you will most likely see or hear critters. There have been bear sitings as well so be aware and do not feed them or leave trash out on the porch. Please take caution if they are in the area and keep a lengthy distance from them. The hot tub is for everyone, however kids must be accompanied with an adult at all times. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk! No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/ power outages/ other events that are beyond our control. While we love our pets, we will not be allowing any pets to join you during your stay. Please respect this policy. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
