We are just a short 12 minutes drive to the world famous Siesta Key #1 Beach, 11 minutes from Sarasota Downtown, and 15 minutes from St Armand Circle. Welcome home! The space Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Master's Bedroom with King Bed and Walk-In Shower. Additional pillows and blankets are available. Entertainment: We have board and card games for the whole family. Feel free to bring your own gaming unit. Bedding/Towels: Linens, pillows, bath and pool towels are provided for each person. Dining: Our dining room has a dining table with 4 chairs. Laundry: Our laundry room comes with a washing machine and dryer. We provide detergent and fabric softener sheets. Toiletries: We include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, and body wash. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, including the lanai, laundry room and the front yard putting area. Other things to note Pets: 1-2 pets are allowed. We have wall plug-in for air freshener. FYI for folks that are allergic to it. Smart TV allows you to watch lots of Freevee movies, youtube, and your pick of news channels.
