The space This Mediterranean-inspired jewel is our primary residence, and we are excited to share it with you! We are proud to have 100+ 5-star ratings across multiple platforms! Main house sleeps 12: - 4 King bedrooms (2 with office/desk setups) - 1 Full bed/Office - 1 Queen sofa bed in the lower level living room with an upgraded mattress Guest House sleeps 6: 2 King bedrooms 1 Queen sofa bed in the lower level living room with an upgraded mattress Need to work a little while on vacation? While we hope you don't have to work, The Palms main house is equipped with desk/office setups in 2 of the King bedrooms and a complete office (the room with a Full bed). The quote provided is for the full property, and no more than 18 guests, unless otherwise approved by management. A cove and covered dock is available to use for swimming, fishing, and sunbathing. Boaters may tie up to the dock with advanced notice. A public boat launch is located just across the main basin from us (you can see it from the property) at Mansfield Dam - it's about a 5 minute boat ride. The dock is shared with neighbors, so you may see others at the dock during your stay. WEDDINGS AND EVENTS: Please note that, due to our setup, we are unable to participate in weddings or other events with more than 30 total guests. We also have chosen not to participate in bachelor parties of any sort. We welcome your out of town guests and family members of the bridal/groom's party to stay with us, and we will make every effort to ensure they have an extremely enjoyable stay in Austin! If you have a wedding or event, it must be pre-arranged with a minimum 3 night stay, a contract, and an event fee. Please contact Rodney & Robin if interested.
