New Hot Tub! Relaxing lake front retreat with Pool

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake front retreat. Located on Watts Bar lake, enjoy the entire 4.4 acre peninsula with over 1,000 feet of lake frontage! Spend your stay enjoying natures beauty. Take a dip in the pool, cool off under the gazebo with built in fan, or warm up in the Hot tub overlooking the lake. Indoors you’ll find cozy seating to take in the lake views or watch TV. At night enjoy the fire pit or have sweet dreams on one of the many comfy beds. The space Outdoor space: This property is spread over 4.4 acres directly on the lake. There are several fishing spots with seating in the shade, a space to put in kayaks (also provided for a small rental fee). Just steps from the house is a pool fenced in with a diving board and several spots with plenty of shade to relax. There’s a nice fire pit right behind the house looking out to the lake with several chairs surrounding it. To the right a deck with a 7 person hot tub over looks the lake for a perfect option in the colder months. A pathway winds down toward the lake into a large deck with seating, a swing and a second fire pit. Located under the trees in several locations you’ll find a hammock, and 2 more swings. A deck with a table and a grill are right off the side of the house. On the other end of the house you’ll find a quaint patio next to the garage. Plenty of parking is available on either side and in front of the house. The long looped drive is perfect for a child to ride a bike. Indoor space: Bedrooms: - Master: King bed. First floor, large TV, computer desk complete with a computer screen and keypad to hook up your laptop if needed. A newly renovated master bathroom is complete with a walk in shower. -Upstairs King, TV, full bath -Upstairs Queen, AND Full bedTV, Jack and Jill full bath shared with next room -Upstairs Bunk room- twin bunk bed, full bunk with twin on top. Jack and Jill full bath shared with Queen room. -Hidden bonus room- Full bed, stored pack n play if needed. -Queen Air Mattress to place in any room needed. Living space: A large living room with valeted ceilings and wooden beams presents ceiling to floor windows overlooking the lake. An extra large leather sectional couch faces a real wood fireplace with a large TV on the mantle. On the other side a cozy den presents another TV and oversized sectional couch. Dining: -Dinning room with 8 seats and an island with 2 stools. -Kitchen fully equipped with appliances, dual coffee maker, microwave/air fryer, an second island with 2 stools. -Breakfast room with table and 6 chairs Laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, ironing board Guest access Full private access to entire home and 4.4 acres. Code will be sent at least 2 hours before stay. Pool is Private for guests only, and its use requires no special fee. Pending the weather the pool will be open April-October. Regular maintenance may be necessary during your stay which may require guests to stay out of the water at various times to ensure safety of the water. All things can be subject to change if weather does not permit. See further information in pool rules. The hot tub access is private for guests only and is open year round, but will require a fee paid at time of request. We will unlock the cover for use thereafter for the remainder of your stay. You may request the hot tub before or during your stay but the fee remains the same. Regular maintenance is required and may occur during your stay. The fee can be reimbursed in whole or in part if, however, the hot tub cannot be used for over 24 hr. See further information in hot tub rules. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. We have a 2 dog limit and pet rules to follow-see house rules. Please add your # of pets when booking, and one $200 non refundable pet fee will be added (no matter the #of dogs). Please inquire if you have more than 2. The pool opening and closing dates are subject to change but generally range from April-October. The dates can also be affected by inclement weather. During heavy rain or storms the pool access could be affected but will be remedied as quickly as possible. In order to use the Hot Tub we require a non refundable maintenance/cleaning fee of $75 per stay. A refund would be given if unable to use or maintenance lasts over 24 hours. No children under the age of 14 allowed in the hot tub due to health and safety concerns. The kayaks can be used at your leisure. Please be sure to pull them 10 feet from the shore after use. Lastly we are located in a rural space, often you will encounter native wild life from bald eagles, butterflies, bees, fox, king fishers, trout, carp, Canada geese, blue herons, blue birds, deer, and even skunks! Respect wildlife by keeping spaces clean of trash and leave them be, a set of binoculars is highly recommended to observe them at a distance! We treat for bugs including mosquitoes but you may encounter some hungry ants if you leave food out by the pool , so be sure clean up. A fishing license on property is not required but if you go out on the kayak or a boat or fish off property you must obtain a license with TWRA.
