Forget your worries in this spacious, serene hilltop home. Conveniently located ~21 miles from Yosemite National Park & 5 miles from the town center of Oakhurst. Grocery stores, restaurants, gift shops & local flair within easy reach. Our home provides a secluded getaway whether you want to spend the days exploring Yosemite or enjoying good company in a comfortable setting. Watch the sunrise from the hot tub, snuggle in front of the fire place or the fire pit. Unwind & relax at Hummingbird Haven The space The house is a 1 level 4 bd/3 bth custom home. There are 2 King beds, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin. There's also a couch in the living room that can sleep 1 or 2 people (equates to a full-size mattress). If you must work, the wifi is stable enough to support most work-related needs (though could slow down if supporting multiple users). There is a good-sized full kitchen with 2 ovens, a gas stove, microwave, toaster, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, cookware, blender, etc… Set on over 1 acre fully fenced, the surrounding grounds offer multiple lawn areas, a front patio with fountain, and a back patio with hot tub, grill, firepit and verdant hillside views. The South Gate to Yosemite National Park is about 20 miles away and Bass Lake is 12 miles away. Guest access Entire house and surrounding grounds excluding 3 outbuildings. Other things to note - The property outside of the lawn area is unsteady ground, explore at your own risk - Feel free to use any of the games and puzzles, just let us know if a piece goes missing. - Pets welcome for an additional $50 fee per pet. Must be housetrained & dog poop must be bagged & tossed in the trash prior to leaving. - If you see any wildlife, please don’t approach or feed it. We want this to be a safe haven for all creatures.
