The space Please read entirely so you have a good idea of what you are booking, as we will stick to our cancellation policy. The Timber A-Frame is located in beautiful Spring Valley. Please note that this stylish A-Frame home is built in Divide, Colorado and sits at 9,000 feet. This is part of mountain living and makes for great views! We have a security camera facing both the front and back doors to monitor traffic. Both are outside and will be on during your stay. If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $150. We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee. Please read the following rules for your furry friend: -- To protect the wildlife in Cascade, we require your dog to be on a leash at all times when outside. -- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee." -- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated. -- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture. -- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay. Guest access We provide keyless access and you will receive the code two days prior to your stay. Other things to note Notes to take into account: --We are in a forest fire area, so fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. This may mean not being able to use certain fire features or our grill. We will try to let you know during your stay if there is high fire danger and what cannot be used. Live burns and fires outside are strictly not permitted. --The Timber A-Frame does have A/C in the two bedrooms upstairs. In regard to the bedroom downstairs, at this elevation you don't need AC! It stays much cooler at 9,000 ft and open windows at night keeps it comfortable. --October to May is our snow season. We highly consider to please come with an AWD or 4WD vehicle during this time of the year. We are not responsible if you can't make it to the house. --Events are welcome, but please inquire for more details before booking.
