The home has two other bedrooms plus a pull out couch to maximize sleeping space making the home perfect for a variety of group sizes. This home is an "alley load" home which means the front door is located on the main neighborhood street and the garage is located behind the house on a different "alley" type street. From the Boise airport, head West on I-84. Take the Ten Mile Exit (Exit 42) and turn right (North) onto Ten Mile Road. In 1.2 miles turn left onto West Franklin Road. In less than .5 miles turn left onto Umbria Hills Avenue. Take the first right onto Snow Canyon Street and then the first right onto Riggs Spring Avenue.
