With plenty of birds and the infamous Gulf of Mexico dolphins constantly making an appearance on the water\'s surface, you are guaranteed a lively view. Your building has an on-site fitness room, waterfront pool, and over-sized outdoor shuffleboard. Upon entrance of 304N, you will notice the oversized mirror reflecting in the beautiful portrait-like view from the balcony. All reservations for this property must begin on the first day and end on the last day of the same calendar month. This home is strictly available as a monthly rental, based on the calendar month only. Partial months, split dates, or mid-month bookings are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests must select either the full month of their intended stay (for example, December 1–31 or January 1–31). Any reservation made outside of this policy will not be honored and will be subject to cancellation, unless approved.
