Freshly washed sheets, mattress protector on each mattress for sanitary purposes. All room have brand new flat screen Smart TVs. Pack and play & extra bedding for the queen pull out couches 🛁 EXTRA BATH: 1- half bath, toilet and sink Each bathroom has antibacterial hand soap, and a blow dryer is located in the master bathroom. 🧖‍♀️TOWELS: 4 towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, per bathroom 🧑‍🍳 KITCHEN: Our open concept gourmet kitchen is fully stocked w/everything you need to enjoy cooking while looking out the window at the breathtaking scenery-Pots & pans, cooking tools, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mixing bowls, mixer, crock pot, blender, baking dishes, measuring cups, dish towels, oven mitts, etc. We have luxury Wolf appliances such as the coffee maker and toaster. We do not provide cooking oils, & spices. (except salt/pepper) We also stock dish soap, a new dish sponge, a few dish washing tablets, & paper towels. 🍽 DINING: Custom log dining table with an antler chandelier - seats 6, Bar Seating - 6 Pub style cocktail table - seats 3, High chair available 🛋 FAMILY ROOM: Main living seating has two cozy leather couches that seat 5. Brand new flat screen Smart TV with Sound System The family room has a stove fireplace (firewood not provided) 🧺 LAUNDRY ROOM: HE washer & dryer-we provide a couple single HE laundry packets of Tide for your convenience, laundry basket, iron & ironing board, broom, & vacuum. We do not stock chemical cleaning supplies as the cabin is professionally cleaned before & after your stay. 🌲 OUTDOOR: Propane grill for bbq. Huge patio/ deck in the back with heating lamp and outdoor furniture. Bird & squirrel feeder on tree in front of living room windows 💻 HIGH SPEED INTERNET: The cabin is equipped with strong WIFI throughout for those working remotely or with kids doing online school. Please note that you are in the mountains & occasionally the elements affect the internet. Occasional outages do occur & are out of our control. Other things to note ❄️ Additional Amenities: Snow removal service provided Ski Slopes Shuttle - Brownie street parking lot 🚘 ROAD CONDITIONS: Always check road conditions on Cal Trans and plan accordingly. Chains are required to be carried & roads may be icy during winter months, even if the weather looks clear during your stay. We do no refund based on weather or road condition issues. 🧳 SUGGESTED LIST OF ITEMS TO BRING: Additional Laundry detergent (HE) if desired, REAL WOOD for the two INDOOR stove fireplaces (NO DURAFLAME LOGS), toiletries, extra TP & paper towels (if you feel you will need more than what we provide), spices , cooking oils dog blankets, food bowls, dog bed & crates.
