This house is within walking distance from town, the North East park, marina and restaurants. It has parking out front, a bon fire pit and a back yard. It’ll come with a Keurig and K Cups, laundry area and full kitchen. Lawn care will be done on Tuesday evenings. Please reach out with any questions! This house is child friendly. There is a crib, plastic dishes, toys & a high chair. An umbrella stroller is provided in one of the bedroom closets. There is no tolerance for extra guest at the property that would exceed the occupancy limit of 12 people. Absolutely NO Marijuana OR Marijuana smoking on the property. Tobacco smoking, Vaping, and E-Cigarettes are permitted OUTSIDE ONLY. If the house smells like marijuana or cigarettes when you leave, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning fees. NO candle or incense burning in the home. This house is NOT to be used for parties of any sort. Providing a clean home to each guest is extremely important to us. We want every guest to know the we do no less than 3 hours of cleaning after every guest, in order to provide a clean and comfortable home.
