Complete with a dining table and seating for up to (2). The master bedroom, features a queen size bed with comfortable, crisp linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities! Stacking Washer & Dryer for guests use is located in Kitchen. Outdoor space with private patio, table & chairs for outside dining in the summer. The house is located on a large landscaped lot and offers lovely garden views from every room. This is a single level detached guest house and the owners live directly next door to the space. Other things to note Portland City Code requires that we keep a log with the Name, Address and Vehicle Information for ALL guests. This will be required before check in. If you are renting a vehicle, we will need the License Plate number or we will need to note alternate transportation (ie; air, train, bike) Please provide this information with your confirmed booking. License or registration number: 19-239572-000-00-HO ~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. ~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside.
