Book with confidence! 30min to Milwaukee airport, 50min to O’Hare, 25min to Six Flags The space Our home is bright, airy, comfy, cozy, and convenient. There’s a spacious master bedroom with master bath, three additional bedrooms, and 1.5 other bathrooms (total 2.5 bathrooms). Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area. 2 Dining Rooms: Plenty of space for eating with family and friends! One table in the open kitchen area and another in a dining room space. 2 Desks: Dedicated office space in a den with French doors on the first floor and another desk in a bedroom upstairs for more privacy. Beds: There is 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen in room two, 1 queen in room three, and a bunk bed with a full sized bottom mattress and twin top in room four. A queen sized air mattress is also available for a 10th registered guest which fits in room four. You will have the whole house to yourself with the exception of the basement, garage, kitchen closet, mud room, and master bedroom closet (a clothing rack is provided). Some décor changes have been made including adding a wall mounted TV in the Master Bedroom and art work in some rooms. Video with décor changes available upon request. Contact us before booking to request permission to park any boats, trailers, RVs, and/or other recreational/commercial type vehicles besides standard size, private vehicles. No pets allowed. Beach gear is provided. Guest access The house is fully open to you with the EXCEPTION of: garage, basement, kitchen closet, mud room, master bedroom closet (a clothing rack is provided). Photo available on request of the clothing rack. No one else is on site, this is just where we have moved all our belongings in order to clear the house out for you! Other things to note MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT of 25 years old to rent (ID may be requested). Please put the accurate number of guests as it may change the pricing if it’s over 6 people (including adults and children over 2yrs old). If there are more guests than listed on your reservation, you will need to pay the extra fees or your reservation will be terminated by Airbnb. Guests will have access to a climbing dome that they may use at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. There is a zipline and platform in the backyard that is locked and off limits to guests. Contact us before booking to request permission to park any boats, trailers, RVs, and/or other recreational/commercial type vehicles besides standard size, private vehicles. For items left behind, there will be a $25 fee (for the manager's time) plus any shipping fees. Or local pick up for free. No candles or other open flames are allowed (excluding birthday type candles). Extra fees may be charged for guests that stay beyond check-out time. If you use the WIFI network, you agree to use it only for legal purposes and not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities. As per Airbnb rules, please note any tampering/disconnecting/obscuring of the WiFi and/or the outdoor cameras is not allowed. Also, commercial film/photography is not allowed. Winter Alert - Outdoor amenities are put away during the winter months. If you’d like outdoor seating during winter/early spring please mention it at the time of booking (minimum of 1 week advance notice needed). Grill and propane fire pit are no longer available.
