La Maison d'Élise - THE BONDONS The space In a small rural village located in the southern Massif Central between Mont Lozère and the Gorges du Tarn, at an altitude of 940 meters, there is an old stone house dating from 1771, completely renovated and located in the center of the village. House consisting of a basement and 2 floors. The basement could potentially be used for storage. On the 1st floor: living room (TV, wood-burning stove, sofa, storage closet, WiFi), equipped kitchenette open to the living room (oven, microwave, dishwasher), a master suite equipped with a 140 cm bed with shower room and toilet). On the 2nd floor: a landing leads to 2 large vaulted bedrooms, the first of which is equipped with a 140 cm bed and a dresser. The second bedroom, which has storage space, has two 90 cm beds that can sleep two people. These 2 bedrooms have 2 windows with stunning views of Mont Aigoual. On the same landing, there is a separate toilet and a completely renovated bathroom with shower + vanity unit + radiator. Big terrace with unobstructed views. A wooden table + 6 chairs + a parasol are provided for a pleasant time. A private area in front of the gite is available for parking your vehicles. You can also take advantage of the barbecue, which is available for your use. No pets allowed. Heating is to be paid for on site as an extra charge for usage exceeding 8 kWh/day, except during the period from 06/15 to 08/31.
