La Maison d'Élise - THE BONDONS The space In a small rural village located in the south of the Massif Central between Mont Lozère and the Gorges du Tarn at 940m altitude, old stone house dating from 1771 completely renovated located in the middle of the village. House composed of a basement and 2 floors. The basement may possibly be used for storage. On the 1st floor: living room (TV, wood stove, sofa, storage closet, WiFi), equipped kitchenette open to the living room (oven, microwave, dishwasher), a master suite equipped with a 140 bed with shower room and toilet). On the 2nd floor: a landing will serve 2 large vaulted bedrooms equipped for the first of a bed in 140 with a dresser. In the second bedroom equipped with storage space are two 90cm beds that can accommodate two people These 2 bedrooms have 2 windows with a breathtaking view of Mont Aigoual. On the same landing is a separate toilet and a fully renovated bathroom with shower + sink cabinet + radiator. Big terrace with open view. A wooden table + 6 chairs + an umbrella are provided to spend a pleasant time. A private space facing the gite is available to park your vehicles. You can also enjoy the barbecue available for you. No pets allowed. Heating is to be paid on-site in addition beyond 8kWh/day from 03/05/2025 to 15/06/2025 and from 01/09/2025 to 02/11/2025.
