Casa Bonita is located in a residential area and we insist all guests have the utmost respect for our neighbors privacy with respect to loud noises, shouting and music. Our 10pm noise curfew is strictly enforced, a $300.00 fine will be charge to your account for any disruptive behavior reported by our neighbors. Casa Bonita only caters to large groups looking for private Five Star Luxury accommodations. One look is all it takes to appreciate the cleanliness and attention to detail that goes into making this private luxurious Five Star property a one of a kind. Each apartment is very spacious, sleeps 4 and offers unique qualities. Unit 4 our grand duplex apartment features two A/C cooled king bedrooms, private bathrooms and balcony views overlooking beautiful tropical landscape and your private pool with palm trees and a waterfall. Relax on your balcony and take in the scenery with coffee in the morning and listen to the tranquil sound of the waterfall to clear your mind. The main floor features a fully functional state of the art kitchen, a beautiful dining area and gathering area for any large group. Living room includes a 70" smart TV, free Wi Fi and half bath. Walk out your front door to a huge sun soaked Coralina patio surrounding the pool, relax on a lounge chair or have a cocktail in the pool on your built-in seats or a floating lounge. There's a shady pergola with tables and chairs to get out of the sun, have some food or just read a book, when the sun goes down the poolside landscape lighting allows you to enjoy the ambiance and the night air. If the beach is your desire, grab one of our beach chairs and a cooler and take a short walk down the street to Rincon's most desirable sandy beaches for a great tan. Walk down the beach and check out the water sport rentals. Jet skis, banana boats, snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing trips. At night you'll enjoy breathtaking sunsets you'll never see anywhere else. Unit 1 is a sprawling 1,200 square foot upstairs A/C cooled apartment that sleeps 4, featuring a huge upgraded kitchen and dining area, spacious living room with smart TV, free Wi Fi and sitting area, 3 French doors lead to a full length balcony with a large table and chairs to take in the beauty of the neighborhood. Master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and private full bath while the spare room features two full beds, huge closets and a separate full bath. There's also a laundry room with washer/dryer for your convenience. Unit 2 is a 600 square foot main floor apartment, sleeps 4 and features a simple yet comfortable kitchen living room combo, smart TV and free Wi Fi, Queen bedroom with A/C and large closet. Second bedroom has A/C and two single beds. A large full bath is shared as well as a washer/dryer. Unit 3 is a 600 square foot main floor apartment, sleeps 4 with a Queen master bedroom, A/C and private full bath. Guest bedroom has A/C, two single beds, separate full bath and a kitchen living room combo with smart TV and free Wi Fi. Each apartment has full refrigerators, stoves, coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, blenders and all the cooking utensils you need. A complete supply of linens, towels and basic soaps are also provided. This property also features private gated driveways to safely accommodate multiple vehicles.
