Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property. It is also agreed that we will not be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Any damage to the home, furnishings or property, including odors of cigarette smoke, and evidence of unauthorized pets will be assessed and the renter will be held liable and responsible for the damages.
