There is a large pool just minutes from the condo and you are 5min drive to Magen's Bay Beach one of the world's best beaches. The condo is located in Mahogany Run, which is a condo association with a mix of long-term residents and short-term rentals. We also offer a range of services including in-stay cleaning and in Villa Massage. Please inquire before arriving. We offer a heavy duty Duracell power back that has a 19 hour life capacity in case there is an outage. Property also comes with 4 beach chairs, 2 tanning beds and 4 sets of snorkel gear! Guest access There is a parking spot included with the property, which you can use for your entire stay. We recommend renting a car during your stay on the island, we have also included a contact number for a local private taxi. Philip will meet you at the entrance of the condo association (which is a gated community) and lead you to the condo personally to eliminate any confusion and possibility of getting lost. If interested, we can also provide contact details to a trusted car rental agency. Other things to note We will provide 2 towels for each guest for the duration of the stay. Extra bed linens may be requested prior to check in. BRAND NEW WASHER AND DRYER INCLUDED FOR USE DURING YOUR STAY! PLEASE NO SAND IN EITHER! If sand is found in either the washer or dryer the guest will be responsible for any repair / replacement costs.
