Breathtaking!!! Acadia National Park - 15 min away! This is for the entire house - both levels of Ariel's Grotto.This is for BOTH floors - the entire house. Ariel's Grotto by (not under) the sea! Right on the ocean (Western Bay) with wonderful beach overlooking Acadia National Park Mountains and the Island of Mount Desert! Private beach access perfect to launch kayaks, beach comb, or swim. The space There are 2 levels. Upstairs has 2 br, (1 full and 1 with two twins) with 2 futons in the living room and one sleeper sofa with open kitchen/living. Downstairs has 1 BR with a full bed. The living room has twin top bunk top with full futon on bottom and a sleeper sofa. There is a compact kitchen open to living room. Outside area and beach access is great for kayaks, swimming, sunning! Guest access You have entire house We do not make up the sleeper sofas or bunk beds. There are sheets for you to use and extra blankets. Other things to note If you want this entire house PLUS more room, you can also rent the house next door that sleeps 14 more! Please make note that checkout here is 9AM. Check in is 3:30pm
