Record player and several curated albums that instantly plays on the whole house Sonos sound system. 24" disco ball and lighting for disco dance parties. Dining Area: Seats 8 comfortably, expandable to 10. Sun Room: A plant-filled, serene jungle oasis. Bedroom: Large bedroom with Queen bed and adjacent bathroom. Laundry Room: Separate and fully equipped. GARDEN LEVEL: Bedroom: King-size bed with above-grade windows. Full Bathroom: With some design touches! Kitchenette/Wet Bar: Convenient for snacks and drinks. Entertainment Room: Large media room with integrated digital cinema projector and Apple TV with SONOS HI-FI audio projecting a bright and clear huge 12' x 7' image. Flexible Accommodations: Generous bedroom sizes can accommodate varied sleeping arrangements. An additional blow-up mattress and linens are provided for extra guests in the main floor bedroom closet. Respectful Hosting: Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood; thus, we do not accept bookings for parties or large events.
