Rose Garden House - cozy apartment, quiet area

We love to travel! A lot! :) On all our holidays we looked first of all for clean and comfortable apartments where we have everything we need at hand when we travel. So it seems only fair to offer our guests at least the same things we want as guests :) Our apartment is located in a very quiet area, it is recently renovated, sparkling clean, the furniture is new and the hosts are nice and extraordinarily welcoming :) We look forward to seeing you at Rose Garden House! The space The facilities you benefit from during your stay: Bedroom: double bed with comfortable mattress, flat screen TV, cable channels, air conditioning, socket near the bed, desk and a chair, wardrobe. Kitchen: refrigerator, espresso machine with capsules (morning coffee is on us), microwave, crockery and cutlery, wine glasses, roll of paper towels, cleaning products, table with chairs. Bathroom: shower, soap, shower gel, towels, hair dryer, cleaning products, disinfectant solutions (sanitary alcohol, chlorine). Other facilities: central heating with wireless thermostat (heat can be set at the desired temperature), iron, ironing board, Wi-Fi, garden furniture, parking space in front of the property (subject to availability) or on the street, free of charge. Guest access Guests are free to use all the facilities of the apartment, with the same care that they use at home :). Other things to note We ask our guests not to smoke inside the apartment. You can smoke in the kindergarten in front of the entrance to the apartment, where we have a special place, very nice, with garden furniture.
