Welcome to Cobbly Nob! Watch the sun rise up over the mountain as you enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with the fresh mountain air. In the evening, enjoy a game of pool, read by the fireplace, relax in the hot tub. Hike the Great Smoky Mountains Park or venture to the attractions in downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Kitchen equipped for family meals, and each bedroom furnished with a King bed for a luxurious night's sleep. This cabin boasts large windows with beautiful mountain views. Front door opens into the great room lined with windows letting in plenty of sunlight and gorgeous views. Kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook your favorite meals. Have a seat on the peaceful well-lit screened-in porch off the dining area. From the living room and dining room, step onto the deck to the hot tub, offering plenty of privacy and a beautiful mountain view. One oversized bedroom is on the first floor with a King bed, sofa, and laundry room. Bathroom offers a custom tile shower and plenty of vanity space. Head upstairs for a game of pool overlooking the great room with pretty mountain views and sunlight. Second floor offers another bedroom with a King bed and bathroom. Living room and both bedrooms have smart TVs so you can stream your favorite movies and shows. You'll have the entire house to yourself for your stay. The long and wide driveway offers plenty of parking for you. Please note there are 5 steps to enter this home (each step is 7" tall and 23" deep). There is a flight of steps within the home to access the second bedroom, additional full bath, and pool table. You will have access to the Cobbly Nob community amenities of the tennis courts, basketball courts and 2 pools (open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day) during your stay. Located in Cobbly Nob, a quiet community in Gatlinburg, just east of the downtown. Amenities include 2 outdoor community pools (open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day), tennis courts, and basketball courts. Come through the main entrance of Cobbly Nob on Butler Branch Road. You will drive through the Bent Creek Golf Course. Past the golf course, you will follow the scenic, winding drive up the mountain to the cabin. For your convenience, there is plenty of parking in the driveway. Three Little Bears Cabin was the very first home that Jessica and our three daughters looked at while house hunting in the Smoky Mountains. Much labor and love went into the renovation of this home to provide a clean, updated beautiful space for your vacation in the Smokies. We named this cabin Three Little Bears as our three little ones were an integral part of this journey and finding this sweet home. Furthermore, if you're lucky, you may spot a Mama Bear and her three little ones wandering around beautiful Cobbly Nob. We hope you love this cabin as much as we do.
