There is a covered patio to enjoy the view of the lake in the comfort of the shade, as well as a sundeck to get the perfect tan! The private boat dock is equipped with a cover and a jumping platform. The space Living Areas: There are two living areas with two Smart TVs that allow space for the whole group to enjoy different games and activities. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a commercial sized ice maker, and margarita maker. Sleeping Arrangements: The home contains 3 bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each (2 bedrooms are located upstairs), 1 bunk-room that includes 4 twin sized beds, and a full sized sleeper sofa in one of the living rooms. Bathrooms: There are 3 full bathrooms. One bathroom is connected to the master bedroom. Guest access The house is located on an acre of land. Guests have access to the full property. The boundary lines will be provided upon check-in. Please do not park or use the space out side of these lines to be respectful of the neighbor's property.
