If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am. - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. - Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. - There are steep exterior and interior stairs at this home so it may not be suitable for some guests. - Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. - Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door.
