The perfect escape in the heart of Lake Worth, known as “the place where the tropics begin”. The house is located in the residential and secure area of a cul de sac. It is a two-story home and has been renovated in May 2022. The beautiful modern home has an open floor plan, fresh new landscaping and ideal waterfront location. There are 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and balconies on the second floor. This one-of-a-kind retreat boasts comfort, convenience, and incredible amenities. Enjoy the Southern Florida sun on your lake-side lanai, ensuring effortless entertainment and relaxation, where you can lounge around the pool or the Jacuzzi and even play some poolside games. You have access to an outdoor fridge where you can savor poolside fare from the likes of drinks to salads to burgers. Then outdoor flat-screen TV and private bar gives you the chance to unwind outside. The extraordinary travertine-tile furnished patio complete with an outdoor BBQ kitchen island, a large fully equipped tiki hut bar and a mini golf course is another great place for your company to enjoy. Guest access The house is entirely yours to enjoy except for a locked garage and the AC condenser at the side yard location. Other things to note Check-In after 4:00 PM and Check-Out 11:00 AM •No parties or events. •No unregistered guests allowed. •No loud music, no excessive visitor traffic, and a strict quiet time of 9 PM-9 AM. •No smoking or vaping of any kind, no exceptions. •No illegal substances allowed on the premises. •No pets. •Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old. Primary renter must be present during entire stay. Government-issued photo identification required at arrival. •The Rental Agreement accepted as part of the booking process must be signed and returned to complete the booking process. Please read the Rental Agreement under “House Rules”. •There are exterior security cameras for your safety. We do NOT have cameras inside the house. If you have any questions please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable. PARKING Up to 6 regular cars can fit in the circular driveway. Street parking is not permitted. POOL: *No diving is permitted. Absolutely no glass in or around the pool or Jacuzzi at any time. Plastic drinkware is provided. *Children should not use the pool without adult supervision. You are responsible for the safety of children around all water areas. *Please observe and obey the posted Pool Rules. *The pool is heated to 85 degrees seasonally (December through April) if you wish for the heat to increase, please contact us after you secure booking. The cost for additional pool heat is $50 per day. LAKE: *No access to the lake and use of the dock. *No boating or swimming is allowed in the lake if you do not comply your stay will be forfeited and terminated without refund. *Use of any floating vessels such as boats, kayaks, or flotation devices of any sort is prohibited for guests. *Do not climb on or lean over dock railing. *We have installed a locking gate that deters children from entering the dock area however you are responsible for the safety of your children around all water areas. BALCONY: *Do not lean against guardrails. *No climbing onto furniture in the balcony and on balcony railings. *No grills on the balcony. *Never leave your children unattended on any elevated areas (staircases or balconies). Keep doors to balconies locked when not in use. *To keep you and your family safe, both balconies on the second floor will have guardrails. We also installed a security lock on sliding glass door in kids room to keep your children safely inside and away from the balcony BUGS & CRITTERS Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate.
