THE DETAILS: When curating the furnishings for the condo, quality and comfort were in mind. You’ll find oversized bath towels, designer linens, and soft throw blankets. Don’t bother packing beach towels- we’ve got those too! The skateboards and bedroom artwork were all painted by the host. The coffee mugs were hand crafted by a local artisan for the St Augustine coffee shop The Kookaburra. Touches of greenery bring life and warmth into the space. THE FLOOR PLAN: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area allowing food and conversation to flow freely throughout the space. The kitchen is equipped with coffee filters, a couple of rolls of paper towels, hand and dish soap and a few trash bags to get you through a few days. LAUNDRY: The in-unit laundry room features a full sized washer and dryer as well as some basic cleaning supplies. THE LOCATION: The Atlantic Ocean is only steps away! Enjoy a short walk to your private beach access- no searching for parking or loading up the car after a day of surfing and sunbathing. Take a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine! Rich with history and culture, you can shop, dine and explore. PARKING: There is 1 designated parking space labeled B41U. Guest access Pull into the gated community and turn right. Your parking space is just past the gate on the left of the parking lot. While the walk is not far to the building, if you have a lot to carry up, you may want to unload at the sidewalk next to the building Lettered B. Take the staircase up to Unit B-4. We love animals, but guests are not permitted to have dogs per the Condo Association. There will be a $500 fine to the guest if a dog is brought on the property, and the guest will be required to leave. It is located on a most quiet part of the beaches in a more residential than commercial part of the shoreline, giving you peace and quiet, and miles of sandy shores for beach walks. The resort is oceanfront however the condos at the front require a walk up to the beachfront. Front properties are however on the same level as parking and the pool!
