The space The well-equipped villa on the shores of Längelmävesi is a spacious and bright holiday destination for even the most demanding taste. The villa has an electric sauna, and a separate beach sauna on the beach, where you can enjoy the steam of the wood-burning stove in summer. From the villa’s large terrace you can admire the views and bask in the day. Here you will enjoy relaxed living, barbecuing, swimming and fishing. You can also go hiking, mushrooming and berry picking in the surrounding area or in the Isojärvi National Park. Himos Ski Resort and Golf Course, 40 km away, offers additional activities. GENERAL EQUIPMENT OF THE VILLA The 110 m2 villa is equipped with modern appliances and amenities. The villa has electric heating and high speed internet access with fiber optics. You can holiday here at any time of the year: in winter the villa is warm and in summer pleasantly cozy. BEDROOMS The villa has three comfortable double bedrooms. There is a double sofa bed in the living room as an extra bed. KITCHEN AND HOUSEHOLD CARE In addition to the basic appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob and oven, fridge, microwave), the well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and freezer. The kitchen has utensils and cooking utensils for 8 people. The villa also has a washing machine and dryer, which add to the comfort of your holiday. SAUNA, SHOWER AND TOILET The villa has a fast heating electric sauna, 2 showers and a separate indoor toilet. The beach has a beach sauna with a wood-heated stove and water kettle. The beach sauna is available from May to September. From your own dock it is nice to take a dip to swim. HOT TUB You can also rent a hot tub from us for the duration of your stay. We will deliver it to the location, ready for use. YARD AND BEACH On the villa’s large terrace it is wonderful to bask in the sun and dine with the whole group. In May-September you can grill on the gas grill on the terrace. There is also a barbecue hut in the yard where you can sit in the evening. You can go fishing or rowing with a rowing boat on the beach. We will supply you with boating vests if you wish - let us know the sizes you need in advance. FISHING If you want to fish, you will need proof that you have paid the state fisheries management fee and obtained a local fishing permit. These cost a total of about 5 euros. You can also rent a quiet electric outboard motor from us for 15 euros a day. PETS Pets are not allowed in this property. FINAL CLEANING The price includes final cleaning. However, be sure to do these: • do the dishes and put them in place • take the rubbish to a waste point • Collect bottles and cans in a bag • move the furniture into place • Leave the linen stacked on top of the bed • take away the food you brought with you Guest access he villa is located in Orivesi, about 60 kilometers from Tampere. The drive from Tampere is about 1 hour and from Jyväskylä 1.5 hours. To get to the cottage, you need a car, or you can also arrive by bus. The nearest bus stop is 5 km away in Eräslahti. Other things to note There are no services right next to the villa, so you should shop around before you arrive. The nearest grocery stores are about 10 minutes away by car in Länkipohja and Orivesi.
