Spacious layout that can sleep up to 20 people is wonderful for family gatherings, reunions and even small family getaways. Lake Barkley is just outside your back door with your own personal dock to tie up to. You will not be disappointed with this view, spacious/welcoming home and plenty of wildlife to view! State park nearby with plenty of activities for all. Located upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with full bath. The other 2 bedrooms have a detached full bathroom for sharing. Also upstairs there is an open concept living room/kitchen which is great for hosting and socializing. Downstairs you will fine a game room and 3 more bedrooms including bunk beds. There is 1.5 baths located downstairs I am a phone call away but do not live local. We have a lockbox in which you will access the key. The checklist for items to complete prior to leaving is located inside the home. Please complete all items Residential area with many neighbors living in their homes full time. Please be considerate of your noise levels particularly in the evening/night. You will have 1 dock slip that comes with the property. Be considerate of others slips and property when on the dock There is a golf cart path located around the home itself that will take you down close to the dock. A golf cart is not provided but you are welcome to bring one. The driveway is very steep This location is tucked away in the trees which means lots of beautiful wildlife and unfortunately some critters. Please do not leave doors open or ajar as this will create problems for you and your guest. Also be very cautious with driving as deer are everywhere
