Internal Floor Levels: Please note that there are different floor levels within the property, including between the hallway and living room and when accessing Bedroom 3 on the first floor. This may make the property unsuitable for guests with walking difficulties or families with young children. 2. Heating and Electricity: Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for electricity at this property is €10 per day all year around and the oil is meter read and based on consumption. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager. 3. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 per property must be paid prior to check-in to the local Property Manager or Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance or, in some cases, it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year, this can increase to €500 per property.
