Guest access Since we are located in the most famous area of Sosua, there will never be a fixed parking. It is an area where there is a lot of movement of vehicles. Other things to note IMPORTANT ELECTRICITY INFORMATION! (ELECTRICITY NOT INCLUDED) It's important to note that electricity is not included in the price. This means that you will be responsible for paying for your own electricity usage during your stay. To determine the cost of your electricity usage, you will typically be given an initial credit upon arrival. You can then use electricity as needed, and the cost will be deducted from this credit. At the end of your stay, any remaining credit will be refunded to you. It's a good idea to be mindful of your electricity usage during your stay to keep costs down. You can do this by turning off lights and appliances when they are not in use. Guests who book our taxi service will not be subject to the late check-in fee. ***Alternative Transportation*** If you've already arranged your transportation or have a rental car, you are welcome to proceed with your own plans. However, there is a late-night arrival fee of $40 for arrivals between 11:00PM and 7:00 AM. This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with late-night check-ins, including staff availability and security measures.
