In southern Ardèche, magnificent single-storey villa located 15 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, Chauvet Cave 2 - Ardèche, canoeing and all tourist and leisure activities. This completely independent house is not overlooked and is located in an oak forest. Our swimming pool is heated free of charge by our solar panels. It can also be heated, as an option, by EDF (billed at actual cost by a specific meter), depending on the desired temperature.
