Completed in 2020, this is a beautiful modern home with a huge terrace and infinity pool. Fibre WIFI, air conditioned bedrooms, 85m2 open plan living room & kitchen. Walking, mountain biking, visiting vineyards, canoeing on the Ardeche river, local markets, great restaurants, or just simply enjoying the house. Please note -the house isn’t adapted for children under 8 years of age. Other things to note Sorry, but we don’t accept children under the age of 8 years. Potentially problematic access for VERY low vehicles, - sports cars, vehicles that have been lowered or have had skirts added etc. We have never had a guest unable to access the parking area, but wanted to mention this.
