The kitchen is well equipped with everything a family could need whilst on holiday including a full over, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also plenty of larger space. The ample dining area will seat 8 comfortably which leads to the L shaped lounge area centred around the electric log burner effect fire. From here the feature spiral staircase leads up the upstairs mezzanine bedroom. 2 of the bedrooms are based downstairs, one with a king size bed and the other bedroom having two single beds. The downstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower and a large airing cupboard. The upstairs mezzanine bedroom comprises of one king size bed and one single bed, complete with its own bathroom and rear facing balcony with fantastic views. The garden is private with access to the beach, but please be aware it’s not fully fenced in, with a mixture of hedge and post and rail fencing surrounding the large garden area. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony or on the patio below whilst absorbing the stunning views, or alternatively take a 2 minute stroll into the heart of Hope Cove where you will find the Hope & Anchor, The Cove and Lobster Pods all offering extensive menus of local produce and ales. With easy access to stunning beaches one of which is dog friendly all year round. This is a great base for coastal walks around the area and local amenities are within steps from the front door.....Simply perfect !
