Cozy apartment of about 55 square meters, organized on two levels, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with lift (4 steps to access it). The accommodation is located inside the Erice Beach Residence, with a shared outdoor swimming pool, a few meters from the beaches. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the sea. The space The apartment is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, refrigerator, moka, oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, sofa, TV and access to the balcony; - SERVICE BATHROOM (with sink and toilet); - BALCONY. -> UPPER LEVEL: - BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, clothes stand and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with two single beds; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine (in the service bathroom on the lower level), clothesline, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Shared parking and swimming pool. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment can accommodate children, however please pay attention to the internal stairs. FURTHER INFORMATION: - The SWIMMING POOL is common. The swimming pool is open from 17th June to 15th September, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES OF CONDUCT INDICATED IN THE APARTMENT IS REQUIRED. - The residence has a PARKING where it is possible to park according to availability (NOT guaranteed). Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Shared swimming pool. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Trapani, equal to €1.00 per person per night in cash, for the first 5 nights. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
