The exceptional location, very rare, near historical monuments, pedestrian area, very lively. The apartment overlooks the Stock Exchange. This is an ideal rental for a family of 4 to 6 people. Possibility of up to 8 people with an additional payment, the 7th & 8th people will pay 80 euros per night per person, we will provide you with a futon mattress to put on the floor with the necessary bed linen, bath towel Guest access The apartment is located in a very secure building. Instructions will be sent to you. Please note that: - At each exit, please take with you the gray vigik that allows you to enter the building. - The garbage room is on the ground floor next to the mailboxes. The key is pink and is on the white dresser at the entrance to the apartment. Please empty the trash before you leave in this room and return all the keys as you found them upon arrival. Other things to note The apartment is preferably for family travelers, without pets. We prefer guests rated at least 4 stars on Airbnb. The apartment is not suitable for groups of young friends under 35 years of age.
